African-American artist Joe McNeal makes his exhibition debut with Inclusion In Art! McNeal has never shown his artwork publicly before. This is the mission of IIA, to create opportunities for artist like McNeal.
McNeal’s large-scale artwork is a beautiful homage to such masters as Miro and Picasso. The story behind each of his work is more like reading a novel than just a two dimensional surface. Featured with Mr. McNeal is his son who will be providing music for his fathers opening during Black History Month at our 1219 Creative gallery.
