The New Home of [Inclusion In Art]

IMG_3761That’s right, [Inclusion In Art] finally has a physical location, including an office and gallery space, located at 1219 N. Classen. Our first event is this Friday (3/14/14) night from 6-8pm and will feature art from our board members, friends, supporters and others who helped get us to this level of success. We will have regular events (Second Fridays to coincide with Plaza District events) and special events in our new home, allowing us to create even more opportunities for Oklahoma minority artist. Check our Facebook page and Twitter feed for all the latest news and details. We hope you join us in celebrating diversity in the arts of our great state. This event will be supported by Waters Edge Winery, who will be pouring samples our their wines with custom [Inclusion In Art] labels.

The new office and gallery is part of a larger creative space created by OKC artist/visionaries Rick and Tracy Bewley. The Bewley’s are best know for their fused glass art and fantastic gallery on Western Avenue. The 1219 Creative space also includes co-working desk and several offices for rent with artist and creative professionals in mind. The [Inclusion In Art] office is sponsored by The Golding Group, who are also involved in 1219 Creative space.

2014 will be a great year for us, and hopefully you as well.

  2. Thanks for the notification. I am relocating to Baltimore, MD soon, so I will discontinue my email subscription. Thank you and best of luck to all! James Stewart
